I have been given a tree to add to connections by a family member.
The family is a George Horton b abt 1858 and his wife Nancy Glover b abt 1856.
So I have put some of them on the tree here...the son is a Joseph Edward Horton down as Edward on 1891 census living Darlaston.
http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tr ... onnectionsso any bits we could add would be good and I can compare then with the info I have been given.

Thanks Mally
Ok I have a major query on this and need some help please guys....
I have Edward b abt 1828/29.
I have the family ( I think cos of the area and where Edward says born on census) here in 1841.
1841 Upper Princes End Sedgley W'tonJoseph Horton chainmaker 55 y
Ann Horton 50 y
Samuel 15 y B here 1822-1826)
Benjamin 13 y (b here abt 1828!)
Elizabeth 11 y (b here abt 1830!)
Edward 9 y (b here abt 1832!)
So I think that is the correct family although the date for Edward is a bit out
The problem is on IGI there are 2 bapts at Tipton
Benjamin 4-7-1824 to a Joseph and Ann
Elizabeth 15 - 4 -1827 to a Joseph and Ann.
of course these may not be the ones above.
The only marriage I can see that would fit are...
one in Kingswinford 1808 to an Ann Maria Hughes.... and
one in Walsall 1827 submitted entry to Ann Walker and both dont seem right cos of where they are living. I would have thought W'ton.
Also those births are late for someone b abt 1786.
So.... I wondered if he had been married before and found this....
JOSEPH HORTON
Christening:
Spouse: AMELIA BUTLER Marriage: 17 OCT 1808 Saint Peter Or Collegiate, Wolverhampton, Stafford,
Messages:
Extracted marriage
It is interesting that Edward the son calls one of his kids Amelia!
So was he married before to Amelia?
Should that Ann be Amelia on 1841?
Are those bapts for Benj and Eliz at Tipton the right ones?
Would really appreciate some help on this what do you all think?
