cos on 1841 Joseph is aged 75 so b abt 1766

I think they may be 2 families

The kids for John and Rosannah seem to add up age wise. Without me looking for them again.

So the problem is his parents? But thats Mark and Elizabeth...that seems fine

I think we have 2 families

I have tweaked this on BCC
I have put Elizabeth as Unknown and note in Josephs notes

the fact that Joseph is a widower on that marriage in 1771
wit is Edward ....now that could be father but possibly brother
Edward (father has bro Joseph who first marries a Joan...he could have married
Elizabeth Hingley later.

The census lot the ages could be out so for 75 read 85 and 70 80

that would then fit with a Joseph bapt to edward and mary in 1755

or the 1771 is ours but then Joseph b 1755 is very young so how can he be a wid
unless young and wid on marriage entry is a mistake ...

Oops, agree that Joseph and Elizabeth on the 1841 are unlikely to be Joseph Priest & Elizabeth Hingley, but certainly looks like they are Rosanna and later Joseph's parents - and possibly Mary's.

are possibly parents of Rosanna/Joseph and Mary?

maybe Joseph is the one born to Edward and Mary in 1755 there is a bapt
so that would mean that the ages on 1841 of 75 and 70 may be out and should be 85 and 80
