Thomas WILLETTS b.abt.1849 with wife Sarah & family.
So looks like right Charles...

Looks like Charles father Joseph did die but Maria didn't remarry, found her with her son Edward in 1881 and 1891.

That marriage look up above is for a Benjamin and Maria who are already on BCC so I'll add the info - thanks RF
