I haven't got a Jemima in this line, NL and Jimmy, but there is a long gap around 1809 between children where she might fit. This is what I have:

1. THOMAS2 PLANT (JAMES1) was born 1764 in Kingswinford, Staffordshire, and died 1836. He married NANCY STEVENS 27 12 1790 in Kingswinford, Staffs, daughter of SAMUEL STEVENS and SARAH LEA. She was born 1768 in Kingswinford, Staffordshire.

I think that she does connect to this lot

but that is deffo an ann on IGI
and on census
and it is Jemima ...looks like it to me and in female column

so if Maria and Jemima sisters

maria is born 1820 -1816

the one on Bcc is b 1813.....but doesnt marry until 1845
