I'm confused now

So the Mary i thought was his Sister,isnt now.

I'm having trouble with Ancestry at the moment,but Henry Bowater marries twice i think his second wife was Margaret Bolton,b 1843

The Mary who married Richard Wheeler is Mary Harbidge as far as beta family search says..
My thoughts, I think disconnect, look the marriage up and add children and census to William Bowater then go on from there?
