You seem to have a problem with Australia and Australians.

I suggest you have a close look at your need to keep dissing out on a country that has twice had tens of thousands of its young men volunteer, not conscripted, to come over and die defending England.

Australian's have no problem with England.

Quite the opposite.

Their magazines are full of the upcoming Royal Wedding.

The English cricketers are shown nothing but respect, win, lose or draw.

They still have the Union Jack as part of their flag.

Whatever problem you have with Australia I suggest you keep it to yourself.

I am sick of people on this site having a go at a country where it citizens who frequent this site have shown nothing but respect for what we still call our "Mother Country".

It certainly irritates the hell out of me and makes my willingness to contribute lessen every time.

look mike this is a friendly forum and we all like a bit of banter but there a thin line between banter and insulting someone or someone nation adopted or otherwise so read back and digest using the preview button before you post as we have members who find iratating and uncalled for, mike we also have quite a few visitor and possible future member and we dont want to give a bad impression of the forum

I've chosen to delete a couple of posts from this thread and am going to lock the topic as it's clearly heading in a direction which doesn't fit with the intended mood of the forum. This isn't intended as a dig against anyone in particular, so please don't interpret it that way.

For what it's worth, as the owner of the forum, I can very much assure anyone from Down Under (or any of our other allies) that we very much respect and admire the sacrifices your young men and women have made standing beside our own in past and present conflicts.
