I gained a few injuries this evening and was wondering if I could claim against a person not present?
I made a call, person didn't answer (was busy!)
While I had a couple of moments outside they rang back.
I tried to answer the phone and as I did fell in the icy snow!
Luckily my husband came to the rescue and cleaned my bloody knees and hands!
I did call the person back and said that they had caused an incident.
Only to find they thought it funny.
Could that be a claim to Sue?

Dear friends sorry not to have been on late last nite
but have just come back from hospital with poor Wolvie!
What happened was.......
I dashed to the ringing phone only to trip over the cat and fall on Wolvie!

Wolvie has crushed ribs and is traumatised and says if he finds
out who that was phoning he will be coming over to have a few choice
words with them!
That is once he gets the plaster casts of both his legs and arm!

I am just glad I had a soft landing!!
