want to see if we can find this William with Phebe on 1901 pls
and then going back on census

and lodger William Hallington lodger b salop wellington

so it does look like this could be William Harvey
need that marriage to verify

I suppose it could be a coincidence that James Harvey is going to be boarding with this family in 10 years and in 2 years Phoebe is going to marry a William Harvey from Blackheath. The witness on James' marriage certificate is a William Harvey and both of these men move to Wingate in the early 1890s. We need to find a link with William born 1863 and James born 1872.It has to be their Fathers. And why did James move so far away from his family to be a miner ? To Barnsley first then Durham. Maybe because there were so many children being born to George and Clara. 2 was enough for me !
