How do they tie into the Dingleys on Connections?

We have a good hint of a relationship between this Robert DINGLEY and my Gr Gr Grandfather on BC Connetions:

Robert DINGLEY chr 29 April 1753 and William DINGLEY christened in 12 Jan 1755 at Barson, Warwick, England Parents Edward Dingley and Sarah. ( The christening date for William matches the Age on the Death Certificate in 1842 Age 86 for William Dingley )

At the second marriage of a Robert Dingley and Ester Civiter a William Dingley was a witness which indicates these were the brothers on the Birth Certificates.

Here is another reference to a marriage between a Dingley and a Civiter, in this case her first name is Phebe.
I got it from a contact I made a year ago who says he has a solid line back to Edward Dingley and Sarah.
"In your notes on William Dingley, you said
...William was a witness at the second marriage of Robert Dingley & Ester CIVITER....
I have not found this in the IGI, but I found Phebe Civiter marrying a Robert Dingley on 25th Dec 1777 at Stafford. The dates are about right, and I have not done any further"
Unfortunately I can't double check the marrage between Robert and "Esther" as my cousin who was the source for this died several year ago.
Just to add to the confusion I downloaded from IGI a few year ago a listing for a marriag of Phebe Civiter on 25 DEC 1777 HALESOWEN to a Robert Dingley and on the same page I have a marriage of a Phebe Civiter on 25 Dec 1777 to a WILLIAM Dingley at STAFFORD!!
