Think this is William Byng who married Annie Elizabeth Heaton

Reason:- Byng family appear to have connection with Barrow Lancs. in later records

Another Byng family with William and Emma as parents are on 1871 Census but William is aged 4 and therefore discounted even though William Senior is also a Blacksmith which will not help ref. marriage look up
