Its essentially a personal trainer online.
There are videos which show you perfect form for all the exercises etc and you can use them to work towards a goal (eg Weight Loss)

All the programmes are designed by a qualified personal trainer and can be done in the gym and some even at home.

I should, if I could do something...
The gyms no good because I fall off all the things. The only things I could stay on, once put on it were them bed thingys.

I thought a video doing easy yoga would be good, two black eyes later it was no use

Sitting in a chair with some tins in each hand, lifting my feet to tippy toe sat down, doesnt really appeal.

Can lift a bottle of Stella easy enough mind!
