I think this William Darby b. abt 1837 Cradley:

Note that William 1's father, Samuel, is the publican of the Crow Inn in Waterfall-lane in 1861:

Must be in Handsworth these are the only West Bromwich marriages not on BMSGH- could be St Mary's, St James or St Andrew - will have a look if I can get to Birmingham Archives in the week
