Linell is connected to George Scott who has a daughter Elenah Scott born 1863

I have a David Parsons who Married an Emma Griffiths in 1889:-

But a living family connection states that David Parsons married an Elenah Scott in Stourbridge/Lye 2/11/1884
and Elenah died aged 23 in 1886 Wolverhampton vol.6b page 308.
The William Scott noted as Grandson is reputed to be son of Elenah and David Parsons but why the surname Scott when they were married ?

Have we that 1884 marriage

we can look that up and the 2nd one
see if they both tally
and if he is a wid on 2nd one
