Hello, I was looking around for any information on my ancestors, Hackett, from Rowley Regis in the Black Country, Staffs, and found this website. I look forward to finding out something new from anyone with any information.

Hacketts are a very well know Black Country name, so I know you'll find lots of info here

Goede morgen Janerison from Holland.I have Hacketts in my tree but i don't think they originated from around the Black Country more the Leamington area.

Thanks everyone for the welcome! Hackett is a very common name, that's the problem! Too many of them and confusing relationships. But some of you have given me some tips already, many thanks! Jane
