The hospitals listed in this are in Abergele, about 8 miles from Rhyl.
Try this one:

I trained at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd's "new" hospital at Bodelwyddan, but did some time at the Royal Alexandra on the sea front in Rhyl, this doesn't seem to have been a TB hospital. However HM stanley Hospital in St Asaph was (named after the Stanley of Dr Livingstone fame, as he lived there when it was a workhouse). Both the Royal Alex and HM Stanley come under Glan Clwyd Hospital in Bodelwyddan today. I'm not aware of any other hospitals in Rhyl itself, that's not to say there were none. Apart from at Abergele, there is also a hospital at Colwyn Bay, although this is probably too far away.
