Is there an online source of electoral rolls for Staffordshire between 1928 and 1965?

No there isn't unfortunately Sue, you have to go to the respective Record Office, and you need to know the address, they are not indexed. Linell.

Thanks Linell, luckily I do have the address as it's on the death certificate.
