Only James and Ann seem to have had:

Sarah Sidaway 30 Jan 1803
Thomas ditto 21 April 1805
James ditto 31 Jan 1808
John ditto 11 Nov 1810

So I don't see how that can be the same James as on BCC as he is married to Sarah and having kids in same time period

Do you think that James and Sarah is the marriage at Rowley Regis?

None of this makes any sense! Who is Isaac the son of? And Emmanuel? And is Patience the daughter of Silvia but her age down wrong?

OK, so her age in 1841 is 5, and 14 in 1851. Why is she down as born abt 1833 on BCC?

I think that Sylvia must have known how old her daughter was - 14 or 18. So perhaps Patience added a bit to her age when she married, or her husband did when he filled in the census. Not that it matters much.

What I am wondering though is, if Patience made up John Sidaway as her father, and she was the daughter of Sylvia, and Emanual seems to be the son of Sylvia too, then perhaps Elizabeth and Isaac are too? Sylvia is probably 34 in 1841 so could be mother of Elizabeth who is 15.

Wonder if we could find the marriages for Isaac and Emanual and see who they claim for a father? Mind you, clocking up four kids pre marriage is a bit much so I'm probably inventing stuff here!

I'm going nowhere with this so perhaps best to put it away for a while
