Disconnected now Edward and Wm as bros

According to the Census Images this family is living
about 8 doors away from The William & family also
living at Cocks Head.....Can't find any other connection.

I think they are connected and may be brothers but not sure
so if anyone wishes to add any further census and kids to bcc pls do
