BARUGH WITH A WELSH CONNECTION??

My adopted family had an interesting surname of Barugh, which i have found with Yorkshire (Riding+ Thirsk areas). Does this surname have any interest to anyone else? The Wales connection :- my great grandparents moved to the South Wales mining valleys around 1901.
