In the 1891 Census, Joseph B Needham is listed as Cousin:

Add Update Walter Dawson Head Male 25 abt 1866 Essendine Lincolnshire England
Add Update Kate Dawson Wife Female 25 abt 1866 Bourne Lincolnshire England

Add Update Joseph B Needham Nurse; Cousin (Nurse) Male 2 abt 1889 Stickney Lincolnshire England

Kates Maiden name is Fisher I think

This is him in 1901:
Add Update 111 Fred Kelsey Head 34 abt 1867 Male Market Weighton Yorkshire England
Add Update 111 Annie Kelsey Wife 33 abt 1868 Female Ingoldmels Lincolnshire England
Add Update 111 Joseph Needham Son 12 abt 1889 Male Stickney Lincolnshire England
Add Update 111 Elizabeth Kelsey Daughter 7 abt 1894 Female Beverley Yorkshire England
Add Update 111 Ethel Kelsey Daughter 6 abt 1895 Female Beverley Yorkshire England
Add Update 111 Lucy Kelsey Daughter 10 months abt 1900 Female Beverley Yorkshire England

Im not sure the link is the Kelsey Side - 1871 Census::

Add Update 94 Charles Kelsey Head 35 abt 1836 Male Weighton Yorkshire England
Add Update 94 Lucy Kelsey Wife 30 abt 1841 Female Weighton Yorkshire England
Add Update 94 Annie Kelsey Daughter 9 abt 1862 Female Weighton Yorkshire England
Add Update 94 Aquilla Kelsey Son 7 abt 1864 Male Weighton Yorkshire England
Add Update 94 Elizabeth Kelsey Daughter 5 abt 1866 Female Weighton Yorkshire England
Add Update 94 Fred Kelsey Son 4 abt 1867 Male Weighton Yorkshire England
Add Update 94 Robson Kelsey Son 1 abt 1870 Male Weighton Yorkshire England

Lucy's Maiden name is Russell i believe

So theres no obvious place it could fit in, unless its on Annie Kelsey (Needham) side - Im struggling to find her on census before the 1901 listed above

Helppppppp!

Thanks

Think the 1891 one might be right, but not sure about the 1871 choices?

I don't think they always knew where they were born Andrew, just put down where they thought they were born, or where they were living at that time. I don't think dates of birth or places of birth had much significance as they do today. Linell.
