I believe the Emma Foley b 1852 who married Joseph B Rose on my tree might be the Emma Foley b 1854 you have on connections.

I have not looked into this,but i think it's a possibility.

information i have is that they emigrated to New Zealand before 1881

In 1871 census they are living in Bloomfield Street Halesowen,Emma with Step Father George Hender,and Benjamin with his Parents,Benjamin and Sarah Rose.
only 4 doors away from each other.

I cant find Emma in 1861.
