Hi everybody from another newbie!! Not new to genealogy (been at it for seven years now and lucky enough to do it for a living) but new to the forum. I'm a post-Tudor local history specialist covering the ancient parishes of Leigh, Deane and Bolton-le-Moors in Lancashire. Hoping to share knowledge, experiences and anecdotes with other masochists - I mean genealogists!

hi jim welcome to the forum not a bad bunch like yourself quite a few no there way around if you see anything you fancy having a go at that, then just jump in
nl will be a long sometime and mention the bcc tree quite a few ended up in lancs area so your knowledge might come in handy
