H.L Fellows and Walsall FC

I'm trying to find out if the H.L. Fellows who was the chairman of Walsall FC about 1930 was the Harry Leslie Fellows in my tree. According to my grandfather he was related to him, my dad always thourght this was wishful thinking, but my aunt seems to believe it.
This is what I know about Harry Leslie Fellows: he was born 16 Aug 1898 in Wednesbury to Charles Harry Fellows and Mary J Tatton. He died in about 1973. In 1901 he lived in Stafford Street, Wednesbury. Harry was my grandfathers cousin. Not a lot I know!
When searching the net I can only find references to H.L, nothing quoting his christian names. I have tried searching under Harry Leslie Fellows as well as Harold Leslie Fellows without any luck. If it is the same man, he must have been a man of means, as from what I have found out H.L Fellows seems to have kept the club afloat during a dissapointing period in their history.
Can anybody help??
Thanks
Sue
