I think the following are 1 and the same

Benjamin Hackett (1808)
http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tribe/browse?userid=bcconnections&view=0&pid=57490&rand=889032417

and 1806
http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tribe/browse?userid=bcconnections&view=0&pid=20699&rand=889032417

There is a christening
1806 Dec 25 Benjn s. of Jas. & Hanh. Hackitt.

Also have 1851 Census With daughter Sarah who we think married Joseph then Thomas Westwood (see thread
http://www.genealogyforum.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=5291.

Lawrence Lane, Reddal Hill, Rowley Regis
Benjamin Hackett, Head, Mar, 44, Nail Maker, Parish of Rowley
Sarah Hackett, Wife, 39, Nail Maker, Hakwin Worcestershire[?]
Mary Ann Hackett, Daur, 16, Nail Maker, Parish of Rowley
Sarah Hackett, Daur, 13, Nail Maker, Parish of Rowley
Harriott Hackett, Niece, 2, Scholar, Parish of Rowley

Age on this ties in with 1806 christening.

I've found a possible marriage:-

Groom's Name: Benjamin Hackett
Bride's Name: Sarah Male
Marriage Date: 15 Sep 1834
Marriage Place: Saint Thomas,Dudley,Worcester,England

hmmm just read this
I was thinking the same with Benjamin that it was the 1806 one

but

that 1809 one Jimmy found makes that suspect

I thought that Josiah and Benjamin were brothers with father James and mother Hannah

and that that was the link with Sarah Hackett who married Thomas Westwood
dau Mary ann westwood married Samuel Priest
Samuel Priests mother Mary Maria Priest nee Hingley who married Thomas Hackett
Thomas Hackett has a poss father Josiah

but we cant be certain
aggghhhh!!
