In the 1881 census - Henry William Woods of Fletton, Peterborough, Northamptonshire Born 1866k, lives with a Maud Woods.
In the 1891 census (Newmarket), i believe him to be Married to a Harriet and there is a Maud there too - is she their Daughter or the sister from the 1881 census?
The Maud mentioned in the 1881 census was born 1880 Fletton
Thanks for any help

It happened quite a lot actually

Sometimes if you go backwards a bit it turns out that they were both named after an older person, so perhaps Maud snr and Henry William had a grandmother/gtgrandmother called Maud.

The sister could have been the daughter's god mother!
