I'm so happy
Last week, while talking to a "friend" on the phone I noticed I had lost my Mother in Laws engagement ring!
I hunted everywhere...Couldnt find it and in tears had to tell my hubby I had lost it.

I'd been washing the gravel in the garden and I take my rings off doing gardening work. But my daughter had been and made me stop and I put them back. When she left I finnished what I was doing. Following day noticed it was missing.

Today a friend came round with his metal detector, covering the garden in the pouring rain.

My hubby checking what we needed from the shop, shouted stop to him!

There was the ring in the cheese box in the fridge!!!

So happy I have it back now

Lost my ring in the garden when i was a kid, and even though I knew exactly where it had come off I never found it.

My dad must have dug that plot over every year, reckon the worms took it away

I wonder if I could lose my mother in law....

My missus is the most wonderfull person....ever!!!

(And I am not just saying this because she is hovering over my shoulder.....honest!)

The ring was my deceased Mother in Law and she was a wonderful person

My friend was very disinterested when I told her on the phone too, may be she didnt hear me or had turned off by then!

Still happy and going to get it made smaller too I hope not to be in the same situation again!
