Good Customer Service?

As some of you will know, last week there were problems with Ancestry.co.uk
I didn't expect this, which I received in an e-mail a couple of days later -

"As a small gesture of our appreciation for your patience and understanding, we're adding one day to your subscription length."

I wish they would pay be $1 for every correction I submit for their below par transcriptions.

In twelve months I have submitted over 750 corrections.....

Maybe they should use the money on a new pair of glasses!

I agree Sue, after searching for a census record yesterday ther was the head and his wife age 60 & 58, then another male down as son age 70 who was a scholar , the age on the image was quite clear 7 years.
