but is there a burial or death for second wife Mary Aris/Aries betw marriage
in 1855 and 1856 when he marries 3rd wife

We may have 2 John Aries with father Benjamin
cos on the 1851 marriage he is a widower!
that marriage is in Oct 1851
on the census in 1851 he is a wid
so he must have been married before 1851 too!
