Just checking in. I will immediately be looking for Miles Davis b 1852, married a Quebecer Helen and had five kids Elizabeth b1875, Francis Lawrence b1878, John b1882, Mary b1889 and RIchard b1893. I know Miles was born in England but very little else except for what I have put in here.
Also, the woman that married son John was named Amy Lillian Davis (that was her maiden name) and she came from Bath, Somersetshire b 28 Nov 1888 d 04 Sept 1986 in Montreal, Quebec. I don't know when she originally came to Canada but I do see her travelling back to Bath 17 Jun 1934. Her destination was 8 Pierpont St, maybe that's a hotel.
