I am absolutely at the brick wall.

William Hall married to Mary Busby. He was my G Great Grandfather
He died in 1860
They had twins in 1850 names Elizabeth and James William.
The marriage and Christenings were at Norton Lindsey as was his death.
They had several other children later, I have their names.

I cannot track William back any further as I have no idea where he was born, his father was Thomas Hall, according to the entry of marriage at the Norton Lindsey parish church, I don't know his mother.
They don't seem to appear anywhere in the 1851 census, which may have given me a clue as to his birth place.
And William Hall is a very common name.
