Living next door to Joseph on 1871 census is,
Edward Billingahm, head, 64, Cordwainer
Emma Beignham, wife, 50,(transcribed and looks like that)!
Abel, son, 20,
Ann, daur, 13,
Eli, son, 7,
Edwin, son, 3
I wonder if this was his wifes parents??
