There's a Patience Sidaway with an older brother named Emanuel. Perhaps Patience named her illegitimate son after her brother?

Ok so if she is a Patience Sidaway is she sister to Sarah Sidaway that married William Round?
cos then I can add that Sidaway name in for Sarah here
