is this St Johns Halesowen Mark?

So that William has father William but a brother Richard?

and we need father Richard

Mark are you sure it says William as father and not Richard?

Wm could be the son of Richard Hackett and Honor Woodward.

We have a note on Honor

In 1841 Honour is living with daughter Mary and family in Spring Hill Hasbury Halesowen Worcs.
In 1851 she is living in Hagley Street Halesowen a Widow with daughter Ann and her family.

So yes I think that is Wm son of honor he puts spring hill on marriage
