Has anyone else ordered any certifs and not got them yet?

I ordered 2 and should have had them by now
I normally order via the local registry offices Sandwell or Dudley
cos they are super fast and very very helpful

but sometimes you have to order via the GRO
and they are normally good too

where are my certifs!

I ordered a certificate from the GRO last week and was told that they had a backlog and could take up to 10 days for delivery, nothing yet!

I sent to Dudley for a death certificate and it arrived 4 days later , very good service I think.
