Hi
This is her on BCC:
http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tr ... onnectionsIn the notes it shows possible marriage tbc...SARAH ELIZA DINGLEY JOSEPH ALSOP Marriage: 04 DEC 1836 Clent, Worcester.
In 1841 there is an Eliza Alsop living in Rowley Regis with her husband Joseph and their son Edward [born abt. 1838].
On the IGI there is a christening for an Edward Alsop [parents James & Sarah Elizabeth] 12 AUG 1838 Rowley Regis, Stafford, England
[extracted C008851].
In 1841 there is a Nahari Dingley living with Eliza , Joseph & Edward. I believe that this is the following person on BCC:

Yes Doug that works for me
I agree with you add and connect if Joseph is on already
or just add him
it looks like the right one
now whether she is an Eliza or Elizabeth I dont know
the Marriage said Eliza
I will post the marriage and the bapt info from the info I have in a min
if you could add that in the notes for the marriage
and then the christening notebook symbol notes on the ancestor body template, as well as in the actual christening boxes
that would be a big help
min...

Marriage info
4 Dec 1836 Clent
Joseph Alsop of the parish of Rowley Regis bach
Sarah Eliza Dingley of the parish of Rowley Regis sp
Wit - Elizabeth X Dingley, Jno Dingley
Christening info is the James then an error on the transcript for the christening
should say Joseph??
12 August 1838 St Giles Rowley Regis
Edward s of James and Sarah Elizabeth Alsop Town Huckster
Doug might be that on the original it is written as
Jos
and that is often taken to mean Jas ie James
might be worth adding that christening just in notes for Edward and getting it looked up in actual registers at archives
but
if the census supports that this is the above Edward and infact is son of Joseph then I would add it
how many Edward Allsops or similar spellings ie Alsops are born around that time
how old is Edward on the census with Joseph and SaraH

Hi
On FreeBMD there are the following:
June 1838: ALSOP Edward Dudley 18 288
Sep 1840: Allsop Edward Walsall 17 231
On census records Edward, the son of Joseph & Sarah is as follows: 1841: aged 3. 1851: aged 12.
In 1861 there is an Eward Alsop born abt. 1839 in Rowley Regis, Staffordshire, England married to a Sarah. They have 1 son Joseph born abt. 1859 in Rowley Regis, Staffordshire, England.
In 1871, there is an Edward Alsopp born abt. 1839 in Rowley Regis, Staffordshire, England married to a Sarah. They have the following children: Joseph - born abt. 1859 in Rowley Regis, Staffordshire, England; Eliza - born abt. 1863 in Rowley Regis, Staffordshire, England; Mary - born abt. 1866 in Rowley Regis, Staffordshire, England; & Alfred born abt. 1871 in Rowley Regis, Staffordshire, England.
I haven't added any of this to BCC. Let me know waht you'd like me to do.
Doug
