I am researching some Halesowen and Northfield families who are connected :-
Can anyone find maiden name of Ann Riley and Mary Ingram who are noted as sisters in 1861
Ann married an Alexander Riley born 1786 RR
and Mary married a Thomas Ingram

In 1861 Census Ann Riley has a sister Mary Ingram living with her :-

1861 Census 1 Moor Street Northfield Edgbaston Kings Norton Worcs.
Ann Riley Head (wid) 66 Nail Maker born Halesowen Worcs.
William Riley son 29 Nail Maker born Northfield Worcs.
Mary Ingram sister (wid) 68 Nail Maker born Halesowen Worcs.
William Moore boarder (U) 41 Nail Maker born Northfield Worcs.

Joseph Ingram born 1791 Worcestershire married Mary Unknown born 1793 Halesowen Worcs. and children were:-

Thomas Ingram born 1814 Halesowen Worcs. married Hannah Unknown born 1814 Northfield Worcs.

1841 Census Moor Street Northfield Edgbaston Kings Norton Worcs.
Joseph Ingram 50 Nailer
Mary Ingram 45
All born Worcs.

Note :- Next door lives Alexander Riley and Ann Riley ( sister of Mary Ingram). And Josiah Moore and Mariah Moore ( Son Richard Moore married Eliza Riley daughter of Josiah & Mariah)

1851 Census Moor Street Northfield Edgbaston Kings Norton Worcs.
Mary Ingram Head (wid) 59 born Halesowen Worcs.

A descendant of Alexander Riley, George Riley married Mary Ann Williams born 1830 Halesowen on 26/8/1849 Birmingham
and this connects to Rob via George Lloyd Williams who he put up as a thread when he joined forum
