I am having trouble finding a certain family on the 1891 Census and wondering if anyone who is bored and wants to have a look around might have more luck than me.

The family is:

Head: Alfred Henry Hickman b. abt 1839 Clerkenwell Middlesex
Wife: Elizabeth b. abt 1840 Clerkenwell Middlesex
D: Ada Elizabeth b. abt 1867
D: Maud Gertrude b. abt 1869

D: Lilian Bertha b. abt 1873 (my ancestor)

1901 Address: 40 Aloyne? Road
1911 Address: R40 Alwyne Road Canonbury, London

Last night I found in the 1891 census Maud Gertrude as sister in law to Alf Will Newbold and his wife Ada Elizabeth (which gave me Ada's married name which I didn't know before) but these are the only 2 of this whole family that I can find on the 1891.

I'm hoping that the rest of the family haven't been missed on the census all together and that is is a major surname spelling/transcription error that is making this so difficult.
Hope someone can help.

On a side note if anyone can find Alfred and Elizabeth's marriage registration I would be overjoyed but I have no date to go on.

In case anyone thinks to try this I can save you some time. I just did an address search on the 1891 for where they lived in 81 and 01. The first address comes up with a family of 5 with very similar first names but the surname and ages are WAY off so I dont think this is them.

Thats great thanks. One of the possible birth registrations for one of their children had a middle name Cotton but I wasnt sure of the match until now. Great sleuthing people thanks
