Got some more info on this from 18 chestnut
so going to leave this here while I work on it
Question....Caroline Guest marries John Edwards
I think she then marries that William Smith
but was she dau of Dimmocks....
"Caroline (keturahs mother ) was born in 1842 to Samuel and Mary Ann Dimmock,
she married John Edwards in 1862 but he died in a mining disaster in 1867 4 months after Keturah was born .
Caroline re-married in 1869 to William Smith by whom she had 7 children.
She died in 1912"
we have 1866 marriage for Caroline but was she a Dimmock prev.....
