my brick wall is

Agnes Violet Swain (abt 1880)
married
Walter Leonard Scales( abt 1879)
in 1908, District/Edmonton
their daughter was Irene Evelyn born1915 (my gran)

I'm hoping there is someone out there who can shed some light on Agnes Swain/Walter Scales parents...
maybe a distant relative, any info greatly appreciated

I know now where im getting confused, it seems Walter had a brother Archibald they both married Scales girls,
Walter L Scales m Agnes Violet Swain and Archibald V Scales m Jessie Maud Swain,
i do not think that Agnes and Jessie were sisters, maybe cousins.

i found this jessie 1901 living with her parents and grandparents Boundary Court, high road, middlesex..

living in Goat Lane no 8 Cottage's middlesex...

I can only find 2 William Swains born in ponders end, middlesex both in 1866,
one come from the Workhouse and the other was the son of a publican in the 1871 census,
