Hey what have I been missing?-this lot are mine!

See what happens when you turn your back for a minute

Well done on the Looth and Troth variants don't think I had those,I have also come across Frooth, infact this must be a contender for the most mispelt name.

Mallosa- I have sent you a picture of his grave at St Pauls. Did you know he paid for the porch to be built at St Pauls and also a window.

Hi KDW- yes that first Michael is correct- they came from Sheriff Hales. The marriage doesn't ring bellls but it is decades since I researched this

Don't think I've done any 1911's-sorry Annie I missed your post earlier- yes that is the correct John- I know he had a daughter Nellie.

Any chance you could look up his brother William Tooth and wife Henrietta Tooth in 1911?
Probably in Blackheath

You have all inspired me- as you are all so fabulous at finding name variants/transcription errors can I set you a challenge to find Henrietta Tooth in 1901- not with husband but probably with Henrietta age 6 and son Albert and probably another child or 2 - I forget their dobs.
Will be in Blackheath/Old Hill/West Brom

No wonder I have struggled for years with this-Tooth/Footh/Looth/Took/Troth :!:

hi Mallosa,

Oh what a good memory you have- yes it is written up in the history on the church website.

I sent hte photo (of the grave) hours ago- have I sent it to the wrong address?

Some almost total stranger in my address book is probably wondering why I have sent a picture of a tombstone!!
