All it say's is, 1796. Oct 16 Joseph Bloomer aged 28 years, near the Hays, Oldswinford.

There are these.

1795. Apr 26, Lucy Bloomer. Joseph and Nancy Bloomer near the Hays, Oldswinford.

I think this is our Joseph but was he missed off the bapts with other kids of Boaz and sarah
or is he from another family
