Gt Grandparents Amos CLARKE B 1866 and Elizabeth ROSE B 1866 already on site (wrong dob on site shown as 1886), she died 1950.

Gt Aunt -Sarah CLARKE B 1889 Smethwick, Died 1960 Shrewsbury - dau of above - no issue

Grandfather - Alexander Clarke B 1890 Halesowen, Died 1948 Weymouth, Dorset - son of above married Ethel BARRATT 17th April 1915

Gt Uncle -Amos CLARKE B 1893 Kings Norton Died ? son of above - married a Maude - no surname

Gt Uncle Thomas CLARKE B 1895 Died 1937 son of above - married Lily HOWL B 1899 Died 1980 married on 7/6/1930 St Mary's Bearwood, County of Stafford

1. the 1886 you are looking at is the marriage date under the ancestor so don't worry
we didn't have that wrong.

2. That Maud May be an Alice M Smith I have put a note in the notes

Ok Gigi I have changed that name to Howell to keep with BCC variant
but changed based on info you supplied

if all else is ok please come back on this thread
and we can then archive and move to stage 2

All ok thanks apart from Howe is spelt Howl but will be spelt Howell to keep to variant, so note about actual spelling in notes.
Will obtain marriage cert of Amos Clarke and Maude, possibly Alice M Smith. Completed. Gigi

Sorry to bring up so soon but just checked Ethel Barratt, and noticed that her death is given as the same as Alexander Clarke her husband. He died 1948 but
Ethel Clarke nee Barratt died 6/5/1970 Weymouth Dorset - have death cert. Could someone change for me please.

Gigi you are not reading it correctly
it is confusing at first

when you look at Ethel no date of death has been entered
what you are seeing is the date of death for Alexander!

I am going to leave this till you see it

when you join you can add that death in yourself
it will be good experience
