I REALLY hope that this is the right area to post this, if not let me know please
I have an ancestor (3x Great Grandfather) that is named as Thomas Beddoe (in Shropshire) and Beddard (in Worcestershire). He was born around 1811 in Broseley, Shropshire according to all the census information I have for him. He married Sarah Mitton/Minton on January 12, 1829 at St. Leonard's, Broseley and their first daughter was christened there on 13 June 1830. They then moved the whole family to the Dudley area and grew their family. Sarah died around 1845 - 1850 when he moved in with Eliza Guest (my 3x Great Grandmother) and they had seven children then married in 1869. All I have from that and his death information in 1870 is he was born around 1805 - 1811 in Broseley and his father was named Thomas Beddoe as well and was deceased as of 1869 and was a collier too.
I would like the information (if any) that is mentioned in the entry of the marriage of Thomas and Sarah or even the birth of their daughter Eliza in 1830. If anyone has ANY information on them I'd be greatly happy to find him and his lineage. I have all the census information for him and his families and I do have some information on his descendants. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!
Jessie

Firstly, thank you everyone!
I have both marriages for Thomas (info for #1 and certificate for #2) and I have the 1841 census, 1851 census, 1861 census for him and his wives. Thomas and second wife both died in 1870. I'm just wondering if there is anymore information on his marriage to Sarah in 1829 such as witnesses or parents names.
One possible set of parents to Thomas are Thomas and Catherine Hall who married in Buildwas, Shropshire on 28 Aug 1803. I can trace them then to Broseley where they had the following children:
Jane 06 Nov 1803
Susannah 24 Mar 1805
Mary 14 May 1809
Eleanor 05 Jan 1812
Harriet 02 Aug 1818
As there are no sons I am wondering if the parish records in St. Leonard's, Broseley are incomplete?
A family I suspect of being Sarah Mitton/Minton's are located in Bridgnorth, Shropshire and were John and Sarah Lloyd married on 27 Nov 1798 at St. Mary Magdalene, Bridgnorth, Shropshire. They had the following children from what I can find:
William 15 Sep 1799 St. Leonards, Bridgnorth
John 10 Feb 1801 St. Leonards, Bridgnorth
Henry 22 Sep 1802 St. Loenards, Bridgnorth
Sarah b. 19 Dec 1805, ch. 06 Jun 1808 St. Mary Magdalene, Bridgnorth
Joseph b. b. 11 Oct 1807, ch. 06 Jun 1808 St. Mary Magdalene Bridgnorth
Richard 13 Sep 1826 St Leonards, Bridgnorth
I just can't figure out why they didn't have more children in between or why the gap could be that big. They appear to be the only John and Sarah Minton in the area. I also found John Minton Jr. and his wife Elizabeth on the 1851 census with the following information:
John Minton 50
Elizabeth Minton 45
George Minton 12
Sarah Minton 10
Joseph Minton 4
Henery Minton 2
An Infant Minton 1 days
Civil parish: Bridgnorth St Mary
Ecclesiastical parish: Royal Peculiar
Town: Bridgnorth
County/Island: Shropshire
Country: England
Registration district: Bridgnorth
Sub-registration district: Chetton
ED, institution, or vessel: 4a
Household schedule number: 36
The names are consistent in both families with Thomas Beddoe and his children with Sarah Minton/Mitton. I would like to move back if I can rather than forward...

Father for Thomas was Thomas Beddoe, dead, a blacksmith. Father for Eliza Guest was Thomas Guest, dead, a nailer. I found a baptism for Eliza Guest and a marriage for Thomas. Thomas married Mary Holmes. Witnesses on the marriage certificate are Benjamin and Mary Anne Beddiston.
