I have marriage looked up by Rockfowler for the BCC and I am trying to find a mother for Letitia.

I'm a little bit baffled when I looked at the above image there was a Rachael Robinson age 3 daughter, on the 1861 & 1871 census Rachael is still with them now named Waterfield and Letitia as vanished unless the one named Emma is her

1861, there is a Letitia Waterfield, born about 1849, indexed as Niece living in Staffs, if you want to check that one out.

So yes add her as a Robinson looks like born just before marriage
