Sophia Woodhouse, b 1802 m Benjamin Bate they had Selina, Eliza,Richard, sarah Jane, mary and Harriet, I found a listing for mary bate being buried at Frogmore,is that the frogmore in Berkshire or elsewhere in the world?

Is this the faily living in Rowley Regis in 1841?
I couldnt find another reference for Frogmore other than, Berkshire and one in New South Wales Australia, there may be but thats all i could see for now. Whare did you get the info from?

Alice there's a Froghall near Stoke On Trent, seems a long way for a burial unless Mary was born there Linell.

Hi I found the info on Ancestry.co.uk It said buried frogmore berkshire, But I haven't been able to find it again. not sure where they were living in1841, need to research it more. I was looking at woodhouse's and went off at a tangent Alice

I am not desparate for info,but would just be interested to know, as frogmore Berkshire is the royal burial ground although some of the househol;d have been buried there.

It is the Bates living at Tippity green because the extended woodhouse family had property there, my mother remembersit being pointed out to her as being owned by a branch of the family. I haven't explored that part of the family to any great extent, as I say I justpicked up onFrogmore, Did Mary work for Queen Victoria, youknow how it is you are looking for one thing and findanother which sparks an interest, thankyou for looking, I may put that oneto bed for abit until I have the time to research it again, I will come back when i have some more info.
