hi, I am Alice, I am researching Woodhouse, Powell, Akins ,Randle and Bevington families in Rowley andTipton. I am currently stuck and can't find the wedding of my gg grandparents Benjamin Thomas Woodhouse b 1828 and Phoebe Bennett b 1831. I believe that Benjamins father was John Woodhouse of Roseland Farm Kates Hill Dudley.

Thank you everyone for the Info, yes the census reports you have posted are all referring to them, I am pretty certain that the Benjamin woodhouse of roseland farm is the Benjamin who Married Phoebe, we have an original copy of the will of Sarah Woodhouse, the sister of Benjamins father john, all ofmy research since then leads me to believe that it came to us via Benjamin(of Roseland farm) and Phoebe my gg grandparents. my only sticking point is the marriage of Benjamin and Phoebe I cannot find it anywhere, of course Phoebe may have been married before so may be listed under another name, or they may never have been married, but as they lived with Phoebes mother across two census returns i find that difficult to believe.
