father is a Joseph Fowkes labourer
she is b abt 1874 maybe dudley

can we find her on census
we have a Joseph on already
so need dob for Joseph and sibs for Mary ann

In 1881 living at 71 Grainger Lane, Rowley Regis are:

Sarah Folkes 37
William H. Folkes 17
Ann S. Folkes 15
Mary A. Folkes 6
Hannah Folkes 4
Sarah A. Folkes 2
David Folkes
Mary Ann Woodhouse 19 [identified as sister]

Given that on BCC there's a Joseph who married a Sarah Woodhouse this may be the one.
