The mysterious Percival Frederick Ball

I'm trying to find a birth for Percival F Ball. He married a Sarah Ann Ford in Feruary 1927(in the district of Stoke and Wolstanton-Staffordshire,England) and he was 25 years old which would make his birth about 1902. I don't know where he was born, His Father was named George Ball.Can anybody find him please?

1911 Census 189 Normacot Road Stoke-On-Trent Longton Staffs.
George Ball Head 35 Miner born Longton Staffs.
Sarah Ball 29 wife born Heaton Park Staffs.
Louisa Ball dau 6 Scholar born Heaton Park Staffs.
Samuel Ball son 2 born James St. Fenton Staffs.
Percy Ball nephew 9 Scholar born Longton ( transcribed as London)
married 2 years 2 children

Thanks mumbles, but as I understand it George was Percy's father not uncle. Its a very confusing part of the family and it doesn't help that I don't know much about them. Thanks again for looking 
A little more information I have Percy's marriage certificate (1927)gives his age as 25, of park road Fenton stoke on Trent, Staffs.His father is given as George Ball (deceased) master butcher.

Was Sarah his second wife? was Percy his son but called nephew euphemistically? doesn't get us anywhere near George being a master butcher but I can't find any George Ball's in Stoke area in 1901/1911 who were remotely Master Butchers

I'm not sure whether he was married twice at this stage, its unfortunate that this side of the family is elusive. Thanks for trying.

I was assuming given that 1911 claims he has been married for 2 years and Louisa who he claims as a daughter is 6 unless
a)she was his wife's child and he had adopted her
b)he didn't know how long he had been married
c)she wasn't a daughter but a niece and sister of Percy
d).....

Thanks. I'm wondering if on his marriage certificate 'Percy' lied about his fathers occupation?

Really at the end of my tether with Percy F Ball now, think this is a mystery that wont get solved... it seems he's literally vanished.

The 1901 has a George Ball aged 15, apprenticed butcher, born stoke on Trent, living Bagnall. What was he up to in 1911?

Thanks Gardener and Jimmy,
Unfortunately I cannot locate either of them on the 1911 census. I will I think go back to square on and try again for birth records. I have a gut feeling that the Ball family don't originate from Staffordshire which is a possible explanation of why I am struggling to find records that tally with the small amount of information I have, so frustrating.Thanks again for your help.

I wonder if this is him, perhaps he was actually born Percy but christened Percival F?
