Samuel Hadley married Ann Rudge
his father is john Hadley
cant see em on BCC
can we find them on 1841 prior to marrige in 1849

That family you put is on the page before the childrens names. The enumerator has made a bit of a mess of them schedules!
The note next to Samuel and Ann says entry says they were on page 12. But also seems as though a page has been scrapped because there is no 11? May be he messed that up to much. Also looks like ancestry transcriber was having a bad too!
May be Joseph is related to Samuel?
