Hello All Members

I live near Winchester and my 3 x gt-grandparents were Paul Higgs and Obedience Rudge, born Romsley and Hunnington respectively, married 25 Oct 1814, Cradley Chapelry. If anyone is linked to me I'd love to know.

Good wishes,
Mary

Hi Mary, welcome to the forum, I connect to Paul and Obedience Higgs too. My sister lives in Kings Somborne, so you have some relations down there. Linell.

Thank you, everybody, what a welcome! I am very appreciative, and looking forward to more contacts in future. Could I ask Linell, please, how she connects to Paul and Obedience Higgs? My descent is via their second son, William, who married Jane Waldron of Yardley. They were both employed at Manor Farm, Halesowen and I have a photo, also St. Kenelm's Chapel at Romsley and Cradley Chapel. Can I post them, please? They are my own original photos.
Good wishes,
Mary

Hi Mary, you can either upload them into 'Member Uploads' or I can do it for you.

If the latter, let me know and I will send you my details in a private message (pm)

Hi Mary,
We end up finding that everyone is connected to every one else on the Black Country section, so you have wandered into a nest of rellies  (however distant)
Welcome!
